The town centre, with restaurants and nightlife, is a ten-minute walk along the beach, yet the villa keeps the calm and privacy of a secluded home.

Yes. The house sits above La Punta beach and has its own path down to the sand.
Is it good for surfers?
It is the best spot to surf in Montañita: the La Punta wave is right in front. We can arrange lessons and board rentals.
Can you hear the town at night?
Very little. The villa is at the end of the beach, away from the bars in the centre.
